Quinoa

Use

The Chenopodium quinoa Willd is a crop with a high nutritional value, with a protein content that is higher than that of most of the other vegetable foods. It is mainly grown in Andean countries and it is usually called “the golden grain of the Andes.” It is light, tasty and easy to digest. It has a delicate taste which is often described as similar to that of nuts. It may be white, black and red.

L-cysteine
(INS 920)

Highly-fluid additive with a standardized granulometry of 140 microns. L-cysteine is an amino acid used to make flour more elastic and as flavor enhancer in cold cuts, cold meats and cheese, among other uses.

Dehydrated Products
Spinach, carrot, pumpkin, beetroot, onion, garlic and sweet pepper.

Use

Air-dried natural products. Products are exposed to a continuous current of hot air which cause the evaporation of the water in those products. Upon removing moisture from the products, this process extends their shelf life and gives the products a form that is more efficient for their application.
